Adventure Camp: Classroom Program

Adventure Camp Classroom is an extension of the morning exploration.  Children will learn new skills, go on virtual adventures/trips each day, sing songs, create arts & crafts, get some exercise in addition to learning basic preschool science, math and literacy .  These are 25 - 30 minute lessons.  These lessons are set-up on an online platform where children can watch the lessons as often as they'd like.  Lessons also come with worksheets, a weekly materials list, activity ideas and more to continue the learning and fun at home.  These are pre-recorded lessons.  Videos will be released on a daily basis at 6AM EST on a private platform.

  • When does the camp start and finish?

The camp runs for 4 weeks from July 6th - July 31st. This virtual camp program will be taught by Monica J Sutton. We will follow a carefully paced schedule for 4 weeks. Once the camp is complete (after 4 weeks) you will have life-time access.

  • Can I pay per week for my child's class? Is there a payment plan?

No, this program will be sold as a 4 week program.  There will be a payment plan option.

  • What if I am unhappy with the course?

We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, refunds are available for up to 24 hrs after the camp week begins.  Camp week begins on a Monday, so you have until 11:59PM EST that day to request a refund for the program.

  • What ages is this camp suitable for?

Based on skills covered in this program, it's recommended for ages 3+.  However, some 2.5 years olds may be ready for some of the basic skills.

  • Does my child have to participate in all 4 weeks of programming?

The program is sold as a 4 week package.  Once you purchase the package you will have access to the videos, as they are released daily. You can watch the videos whenever you'd like and as many times as you'd like.

  • How long will I have access to the camp content?

The camp content is yours.  You can access it at anytime, 24hrs a day.  If MJS leaves the private course platform you will be notified and given time to download all of your videos.

  • Are any of your classes live lessons?

No, at this current time all programming is online, pre-recorded lessons/videos.  There will be some opportunities for live special programming for families that have paid for programming.

  • Do parents need to participate in the lessons with their child?

It's not necessary for parents to participate, but it is recommended.  Some lessons will require parents to assist their child with some cutting, writing, drawing, etc.  Since these are online based programs, parents should be near by to offer support when needed.

  • What if my child isn't ready for some of the activities in the program?

If you see your child is not engaging in the content, you can save both the free and paid content for another time.  Try introducing it at a later time when you believe your child is ready.
